The Tahoe-LAFS dev src version has this and the release versions don't need or want it.
Instead, we consume a package from the upstream flake.
The newer Twisted comes with some more annotations so these ignores are no longer required.

I filed HypothesisWorks/hypothesis#3630 upstream for the test suite failures. I don't really understand what's going on with Hypothesis here. |
Maybe we won't need this. I hoped an upgrade would fix HypothesisWorks/hypothesis#3630 but it hasn't. Going to try for a minimal reproducer now, then revisit this.

mach-nixunfortunately is broken with this package in NixOS 22.11. This is an effort to rip out mach-nix and use Nix's ownbuildPythonPackageinstead.
