Move to chat.privittytech.com

[milinddeore]

Currently the default server is set to nine.testrun.org, need to change to chat.privittytech.com.

This change is required in dc-core and application code.

dc-core changes will be done my @milinddeore
application code changes needs to be done by @rohidas-patil-mobisoft
