Access Control Screen Does Not Auto-Refresh on New Messages or Return

Summary

The Access Control screen does not automatically refresh when:

• A new access request message arrives in the related chat.
• The user navigates back to the Access Control screen from the conversation or another screen.

Problem

Currently, the list of users and their access states can become outdated while the screen is open or after navigating back to it. This creates inconsistencies between the chat state and what is displayed in the Access Control UI.

Expected Behavior

• The Access Control list should automatically update when:

  • A new access request message arrives in the associated chat.
  • Access-related messages change.

• The list should refresh whenever the user returns to the Access Control screen.

Actual Behavior

• The screen does not always reflect the latest access state.
• Users may see stale access information until the screen is manually refreshed or reopened.

Impact

• Outdated UI state.
• Confusion about whether access has been granted or revoked.
• Poor user experience due to inconsistent data display.
