Description
This PR updates the project from Angular v20 to v21 with a major version bump to 21.0.0. The changes include updating all Angular dependencies to v21, removing the now-unnecessary CommonModule import (implicit in Angular 21 standalone components), and updating documentation to reflect v21 support.
