FOUR-9439 - Disable Publish Template button at each request

Issue & Reproduction Steps

When creating a Template from a Process, the Publish button will create multiple Templates when you click on Publish several times in the same request.

1. Click on Process or create a process
2. Click on the ellipsis menu
3. Click on Save as Template
4. Add the Template info in the Create Modal
5. Click on Publish MULTIPLE times

You will notice that multiple Templates will be created a the same time.

Solution

• Disabled Publish button at each Post request.

How to Test

Follow the reproduction steps and you will notice that the Publish button will be disabled and only one POST request will be sent.
