Issue & Reproduction Steps

1. Create a admin user
2. Create a process with the following configurations
3. Assign the admin user in the start event
4. Login with admin user
5. Start a request, where the “Allow reassignment“ is enable
6. Start a request, where the “Allow reassignment“ is not enable
7. Go to home
8. In task list click on preview button with “Allow reassignment“ enable
9. Click on next button on the left top
10. Until reach “Allow reassignment“ without enable task
11. Assign an user to reassign the task

Current Behavior
Reassignment form is not hidden in tasks where the "Allow Reassignment" option is not enabled.

Expected Behavior
When the task is changed by next button . the reassignment form should verify if this options is enable for the task
If the option is not enable the reassign form should hidden
