Release v1.0.0 - Beta release for testing

Beta release of review-pilot for testing and feedback.

This is a working version but still being tested. Use it if you want to try out the AI code reviewer early, but expect some rough edges.

What works

• AI reviews your pull requests using Google Gemini
• Focuses on real bugs and security issues instead of style nitpicks
• Smart enough to avoid commenting on existing code
• Configurable review levels (LOW/MID/HIGH)
