The web server can now send repeated programming mode signals to the transmitter if it doesn't receive a request for 25 seconds. (25 seconds was chosen because the boards will attempt to connect to WiFi for up to 20 seconds before they time out so 25 seconds minimizes the chance they miss signals if they fail their WiFi connection.) This feature tracks which boards it has received a request from every board and turns the web server off when all boards have sent requests.
Fixed bug that caused some performers to not be updated when an LED strip was deleted.
