Remove project-env-shell integration (archived). Restructure the introduction page with a stronger TL;DR, supported tools list, and condensed value proposition. Rewrite getting started page with inline CLI install commands, a minimal config example, and step-by-step guide.
Replace the Jekyll-based documentation site with Astro Starlight for a modern, searchable documentation experience. Key changes: - Remove all Jekyll files (Gemfile, _config.yml, _includes/, docs/) - Add Astro Starlight with landing page, CLI reference, getting started guide, and integration docs (IntelliJ, GitHub Action, Jenkins) - Add shell integration docs with zsh/PowerShell auto-loader patterns - Update GitHub Pages workflow to use Astro build with project-env GitHub Action for NodeJS setup - Add project-env.toml for local NodeJS tooling - Move CNAME to public/ for Astro static serving
Add a 'How it works' section showing a concrete project-env.toml example and one-liner install command so developers immediately see what the product does. Remove the similar projects section that linked to competitors without differentiation.
