Change note name localization

This should be accomplished exclusively through the localization sheet:
Give notes actual names, they should not be "PlayerBase" should be fun and stylized to something like Harsh Note, Double Note, etc. The more fun the better, but can be simple.
Make sure to also change localization for Chinese as well.
