Replace all 1,278 asterisk (
* item) list bullets with hyphens (- item) across all versioned documentation (v1.3.0, v2.4.1, v2.5.0, v2.5.1, v2.6.0, v2.7.0, v2.8.0). Mirrors the same change already applied to active docs in PR #348.
