This PR disables the nightly scheduled execution of the slow GPU test workflow due to the unavailability of GPU runners. The workflow can still be manually triggered when a GPU runner becomes available.
Changes:
- Removed the scheduled cron trigger that ran the workflow nightly at 2 AM UTC
- Updated comments to clearly indicate the workflow is disabled and explain why
- Retained the
workflow_dispatchtrigger to allow manual execution when needed
