update `tutorials/deployment/bentoml`

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
as bentoml v1.0 is released, tutorials/deployment/bentoml becomes out-of-date. the demo should be updated.

currently the demo works fine with v0.13.1 #793 but not with v1.0
