Collection deletion may fail if no callback URL is provided

Describe the bug

The change made to address #182 made the callback URL optional. That fix updated the create route, but should have also updated delete. Delete may therefor fail if no callback URL is present

Call delete with no callback URL

Expected behavior

The platform should not fail
