Text Evals UI: filter evals type for text eval job page

**Describe the bug**
Currently when we go to see evaluation jobs completed and running for texts, we will be seeing all the evaluations job in the evaluation run table which includes stt evals jobs as well. thsi is not ideal and very confusing.

**Expected behavior**
We should only see text evluation jobs listed in the evaluations tab of text evaluation page
