Describe the current behavior
Currently when you upload a document or create a knowledge base, it gets added to the end of the list and either the user wont be able to see the resource they made or uploaded, or they would have to go through a long list to spot what they have made which is not ideal.
Describe the enhancement you'd like
whatever resource is uploaded or created should be seen at the top of the preview list of both documents and collections, so that user can see it being listed the moment they create the resource.
