Update the optimizations guide to use ProverClient::execute for running programs without proof instead of the outdated cargo run -- --execute invocation. Document both CUDA-based and AVX-based prover acceleration and link to the local prover.md for detailed setup and examples, so the optimization docs stay consistent with the current prover API and features.
