- common provides unit of measurement for value to humans
The primary role of a banker is to store valuables to humans and create a common unit of measurement that models that value. This facilitates commerce with out complex property exchange logistics. Over time what bankers actually store has simplified from commodities to pure data entry. Technological advances have made this a negligible amount computer data. The only thing they store of value is our ideas of what is valuable. This is why propaganda can be created into value and why freedom of informations is critical for a free world. They control governments to manipulate how and by whom money can be used through legislation.
So if all a bankers do is model then programmers must...super model....(puns are not a crime). Programmers do what bankers and government do for a living on steroids. They create models, rules, and economies out of thin air that are potentially as valuable or more so than gold. Almost every mmorpg developer solves more complex economic issues than politicians do. Truth be told no economic issue could ever be solved by politicians under central banking. The system isn't broken it's just unfair.
