v2.5.1
v2.5.1
Reverse-proxy subpath hosting, login brute-force protection, and a
fix for the custom-format name conflicts that caused flip-flopping
scores after sync.
New
-
Run Clonarr under a subpath. Set
URL_BASE=/clonarron the
container to host it at e.g.https://your-domain.com/clonarr
behind SWAG / Traefik / NPM. Leave empty (default) for normal root
access. Thanks to @ColeSpringer
(PR #39). -
Login brute-force protection. 5 failed login attempts from the
same IP within a minute → blocked until a minute has passed since
the oldest attempt (HTTP 429 + Retry-After). Same on the setup and
change-password screens. Failed attempts log the source IP so
fail2ban can ban at the firewall if you want. -
Long passwords don't need symbols. 16+ character passwords skip
the upper/lower/digit/symbol rule, socorrect horse battery staple
passes. Minimum length still 10.
Bug fixes
-
Custom formats can't share a name with a TRaSH CF anymore. If
you'd named a custom CF the same as a TRaSH CF (e.g. yourPCOKvs
TRaSH'sPCOK), every sync flipped the score back and forth — both
matched the same CF in Radarr/Sonarr. Save now refuses the
collision with a clear message. Names are case-sensitive (PCOK
andPcokare distinct), matching Radarr/Sonarr's own rule.Already have colliding customs? Rename them in the CF Editor or
delete them — existing collisions aren't auto-fixed. -
"Include in Rename" survives import-from-instance. Importing a
custom format from your Radarr/Sonarr always landed with the flag
off, even when the source had it on. Fixed — re-import to pick it
up, or toggle manually. -
Save button no longer freezes after a collision error. You can
fix the name and click Save again immediately instead of starting
over.
Removed
- The
!-prefix workaround is gone. v2.4 saved your custom CFs
with a leading!so they couldn't collide with TRaSH names.
v2.5.1's name-collision check above does the same job without
changing what you type. Your existing!-prefixed customs stay as
they are — nothing renames automatically. Drop the!yourself in
the CF Editor if you want to.
