about `HBar` naming

formally, you can name horizontal bar chart as bar chart, and the normal vertical bar chart as column chart or column bar chart.

Bar chart in echarts is vertical as default, and draw vertical bar chart by update the config horizontal: true.

So there is only one bar chart, and with a property named horizontal, default is false?
