Feature request
Please add support for the Icelandic króna (ISK) and remove, or make currency-aware, the current maximum charging price of 9.99 per kWh.
Current behaviour
I am running LeapMotor Mate v3.14.7
ISK is not available in the currency list. In addition, the Charge Prices page does not allow a value higher than 9.99 per kWh. For example, when I try to enter 22 ISK/kWh, the browser displays:
Electricity and public charging prices in Iceland are normally expressed in tens of ISK per kWh, so the current limit makes it impossible to enter Icelandic charging tariffs correctly.
Requested changes
Add the Icelandic króna:
ISKIcelandic Krónakr.is-ISRemove the hard-coded
9.99maximum from all charging-price fields, including:Alternatively, use a currency-aware maximum that supports currencies with much larger numerical values.
Please continue to allow decimal charging tariffs, even when ISK is selected. Some Icelandic charging prices may include decimals, for example
55.2 ISK/kWh.Icelandic number and currency formatting
Please also support Icelandic number formatting (
is-IS) when ISK is selected:55,2)1.234)kr.Examples:
55,2 kr./kWh1.234 kr.12.345,6 kr.where decimal precision is requiredThe UI language may remain English, so number formatting should ideally not depend exclusively on the selected interface language.
A technically robust solution would be either:
is-ISnumber formatting automatically when ISK is selected; orFor user-entered charging prices, it would also be helpful to accept both comma and period as decimal input (
55,2and55.2) and normalize the value internally.Expected result
After selecting ISK, users should be able to:
This limitation may also affect other higher-denomination currencies already supported by Mate, such as HUF, JPY and KRW.
I have attached a screenshot showing the validation error.
Thank you for developing LeapMotor Mate.
