[BUG] Duplicate flow in exported flow

🐶 Brief

There are 2 duplicated flow in exported file, since there is only one in bundle.

How to reproduce

1. Connect iPhone and setup certificate
2. Open any request -> get the response
3. Edit with any new param
4. Export by right-click on this flow -> Export
5. Open the file
6. 2 Duplicated flow
