Feature: Client testing support (AKA breakpoints)

We use proxies a lot in the enterprise world to assist with testing client apps (iPhone & Android). Currently Charles proxy is the tool of choice because of it's ability to breakpoint a request. Effectively giving a tester a chance to modify a response before it's passed back to the client app.

The ability to pause an inflight request and edit (or even provide a completely new) response would be a killer feature from our point of view.

Hey, we're totally aware this killer feature. Many users are requesting this too (#118). It's already in our road map, and we definitely ship it soon 👍

Hey @drekka, let check the Breakpoint in Proxyman 1.5.0 (https://github.com/ProxymanApp/Proxyman/releases/tag/1.5.0)

Basically, it's capable of editing the Request / Response on the fly 😄
