Tree view on Source List

🐶 Brief

There are many user request that the Client and Domain node should be organize the paths as a tree view.

For instance,

<Product Hunt>
    - api.segment.io
        - /user
        - /data
            - /comment
            - / post
    - api.producthunt.io
        - /login
<api.google.com>
     - .....

Thus, it's super convenience to focus on particular sub-path of the domain.

👑 Criteria

• Support Virtual Tree view for Client and domain in app
• Option in Preference to hide / show by default
• Tree view as default
• Move the "Lock" icon to the right of the cell
• Drag and Drop works as usual
• Automatically generate tree if open from file
