Improve UX when filtering flows with no result

Description

If users select "Document" filter then selecting different domains or apps in the Left Panel, some users doesn't know why the result is still a zero since the "Document" Filter is still persisted.

The reason is that the user likely forgets that he is selected the Filter -> No matching research and there are no clear indicator to notify the user.

We should find the way to improve this UX.

Criteria Acceptance

• If select filter (except ALL), and there is no items -> Show "No selected item in "...." filter " in the right panel
