Updating IP address in "Install Certificate" needs restart

Proxyman version? (Ex. Proxyman 1.4.3)

Version 1.24.0 (12400)

macOS Version? (Ex. mac 10.14)

Steps to reproduce

• Set up proxying on iOS Device by looking up own IP using "Certificate > Install Certificate on iOS Devices"
• Connect mac and iOS Device to another network, clearing the proxying settings on the iPhone
• Set up proxying again on iOS Device by looking up own IP using "Certificate > Install Certificate on iOS Devices"
• IP address is still the same, need to restart Proxyman to update IP address

Expected behavior

IP address is refreshed when "Install Certificate on iOS Devices" is opened.
