Handle Invalid Regex or Wildcard scenario

Description

At the moment, we discard the error when constructing the NSRegularExpression for simple implementation. We should refactor and show the alert if the Regex is invalid (Wildcard and Regex)

Acceptance Criteria

• Show the Error panel when creating new rule with invalid Wildcard or Regex

Refactored. Invalid Wildcard or Regex would prompt the alert 👍
