[Breakpoint] #2 Edit Breakpoint View

Description

• This ticket has similar requirements as [Map Local] #2 Editor View #206

Acceptance Criteria

• Reuse the Matching Rule View from the Map Local, make it works with Breakpoint Entry
• New checkboxes: Request and Response
• Only Save the data if the user clicks on Done Button. It's different than Map Local, where it's saved after the editing is ended.

Create Breakpoint from a selected request

• Add a new Breakpoint menu item
• Auto-fill the URL, and GraphQL (similar to Map Local)
