Quick Summary

This update is a big cleanup and feature pass after 1.2: Android storage/build support was improved, Freeplay and Options received major upgrades, Lua/modchart support became much stronger, the UI gained a Material-style component system, and many old/unused systems and bundled assets were removed. It also fixes a lot of mobile, editor, chart loading, video, note splash, modchart, and workflow issues.
