Repair PMD_GPAD_API.html test page

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
This page should work sufficient for the HardwareX article:

https://pubinv.github.io/krake/PMD_GPAD_API.html

At present, this does not work with a Krake 0.47+, and may not test all the available features.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://pubinv.github.io/krake/PMD_GPAD_API.html
2. Publish alarms, and observe the Krake does not respond.

Expected behavior
Needs to work with at least one Krake.

Additional context
It is likely the change in the protocol (GPAP) is related to this.
