The Krake should boot to the extent that it can and respond to commands always.

Short Summary of the buggy behavior:
On a device, US0013 Lee was testing the Serial Monitor reported "[ 91177][E][vfs_api.cpp:105] open(): /littlefs/style.css.gz does not exist, no permits for creation"

The LCD reported:

The Krake was not responding to Serial Monitor Commands.
The Krake was not connecting to the MQTT server publishing the online message.
