wiki: rewrite the project tracker to the task-table standard
wiki: a worked example on every page a user starts from The pages were accurate but thin on examples, and a couple of passages read as development history rather than guidance. - Home now walks a complete run: the two files to drop in `Output/`, the one command, and the 27 files a real 12-second test track actually produced. That listing is copied from a run made for this page, not sketched from the docs. - Configuration gains a worked `config.txt`: four real keys, the `-doctor` check, and how to override a single run without touching the project file. Each key was verified to exist and to be validated — an out-of-range value is rejected by name. - Commands and Troubleshooting lose the "was renamed" phrasing and gain a plain migration table for names from an older command set.
Audit Tracker: no closed-item content left The page is a tracker for open work, so the `## Closed` section and the "done 161 / audited total 162" header had no business on it. Both are gone. The status legend no longer spells out the closed states either — it now says only what a blocked item has to carry. Nothing else on the page changes.
Audit Tracker: the only tracker, open work only; Installing corrected The audit is closed, so the tracker now lists open and blocked work and nothing else. The 161 completed tasks are removed from the page — their record is the git history, where each fix is an `audit(#id):` commit, and CHANGELOG.md for the user-visible ones. The page also no longer claims to be generated from `AUDIT/ledger.md`: that ledger, its tooling and its evidence have been deleted, so this page is the one tracker and it is maintained by hand. Installing carried two real errors: it asked for Swift 6.3.3 (the package floor is 6.4 / Xcode 27), and it copied the binary from a hardcoded `.build/arm64-apple-macosx/release` path, which points at nothing on this toolchain. It now asks SwiftPM with `--show-bin-path`. It also documents the GitHub release, its checksum and the Gatekeeper quarantine step.
