Follow-up after closing superseded consolidation #1454. Adds the few
ext/standardunits that were not yet onmaster:is_numeric.phpJitHeader.phpJitPack.phpJitRandomBytes.phpBundle count: 253 (was 249).
Context
#1454 conflicted with parallel merges (#1452, #1455–#1458, #1414, #1420, #1422). Most of that MR is already on
