"Failed to start server" on startup without any clarification or indication where to get more info #424
Description
After installing PolyPilot on Tahoe 26.3.1, upon startup I immediately get the warning:
Persistent server couldn't start — fell back to Embedded mode. Your sessions won't persist across restarts. Go to Settings to fix.
Going to settings shows the persistent server is indeed down, and clicking the "Start server" button just shows "Failed to start server" (see screenshot below). There's no indication what the problem is, or where I'd go to see logs providing more info.
