A major UI overhaul. Same blocking power, way cleaner look.

✨ What's new in v1.2.0

UI Redesign

  • Full dark theme redesign — deep blacks, electric blue accent
  • Bold centered title with subtitle
  • Card-style site rows with rounded corners and proper spacing
  • Master toggle is now large and centered — not crammed in the header
  • Status bar now looks like a proper notification, color-coded by state
  • Pill-shaped input field and add button at the bottom
  • Cleaner delete button — subtle until hovered, then red

Quality of Life

  • App now remembers your blocklist across sessions via AppData
  • Improved spacing and padding throughout
  • Minimum window size enforced so layout never breaks

📦 Installation

  1. Download and extract the zip
  2. Run main.exe — click Yes on the UAC prompt
  3. Toggle sites and hit Enable Focus Mode

⚠️ Restart your browser after toggling for changes to take effect.

🔧 Requirements

  • Windows 10 / 11
  • Administrator privileges
  • No Python installation needed

🐛 Known limitations

  • Chrome's internal DNS cache may delay blocking by a few seconds
  • Does not block app-based access (e.g. YouTube app)

🚀 How to use

  1. Extract the zip
  2. Run main.exe — UAC will ask for administrator access, click Yes
  3. Add or remove sites from the blocklist
  4. Hit Enable Focus Mode to start blocking
