Notes created in the future, when marked complete today, appear incorrectly

Notes created in the future, when marked complete today, appear -

1. On the completed on date
2. On the target date, which is the future date.

After discussion with a few people, I think, the target date for the note should remain the same. For the future notes, we should not show notes that have been marked as completed.

Ok this is what will happen now -

1. If note is created in the future and is marked complete today the note will appear as completed on today's date and will not appear on the future date.
2. If the note created in future, that was marked as completed today, is marked again as incomplete - it will appear in the future date as incomplete. It will no longer appear on today's date.
