Upgraded `PCAxis.Metadata` from `1.0.3` to `1.0.4` and upgraded `PCAxis.Query` from `1.0.9` to `1.0.10`. Updated `PxWeb.Api2.Server.Models` from `2.0.0-beta.18` to `2.0.0-beta.19`.
