Removed temporary workflow changes for the new part of the Norwegian config. To make it ready for merge. The subpath part should start working again once the Norwegian config is updated with the new option. |

Adds functionality for handling the language before the baseApplicationPath. This will enable links like:
"/en/app/table/123".
This updates the config with a new option "positionInPath", which defaults to "after".
