Hi team! I posted a showcase of my project is-one-one in discussion #892. @SoroushSoleimani reached out via email and suggested I open an issue here to discuss bringing the project under the Py-Contributors organization. I'd love to help newcomers get their first PRs through this project!

Apologies for the delay! I’ve been finalizing the repository setup to make sure everything is ready for the community.

Thank you for the warm welcome! I’m excited to bring is-one-one to the Py-Contributors community. Since this is my first time doing a repository transfer, I just wanted to clarify a few points:

1. Role & Ownership: Once the transfer is complete, will I be granted Admin access to the repo under the organization? I’d like to remain the primary Lead Maintainer to manage PRs and the project's direction.
2. Commitment: As a B.Tech student, I want to ensure I can manage this at my own pace. I assume I'll still have the say on what gets merged into the project?

Regarding the checklist:

• Docs: I have the CONTRIBUTING.md and issue templates almost ready to push.
• CI/CD: I've already implemented a CI pipeline using GitHub Actions that runs my test_core.py suite on every PR to ensure regression testing. I’m keeping it simple to fit the "chaos" theme of the repo, but it ensures the core logic never breaks.
• Labels: I have already started using the good first issue and help wanted labels on open issues to help new contributors find their way.
  Once you confirm the permission details, I’ll be happy to initiate the transfer!

To answer your questions directly:

1. Role & Ownership: Yes, you'll be granted Admin access to the repo under the Py-Contributors organisation once the transfer is complete. You'll remain the Lead Maintainer with full authority over PR decisions and the project's overall direction.

2. Commitment: Absolutely. We fully understand the realities of being a B.Tech student, and there's no pressure to maintain a particular pace. You'll have the final say on what gets merged. The org is here to support, not micromanage.

Whenever you're ready, go ahead and initiate the transfer. We'll handle the admin assignment on our end as soon as it lands.

Thank you for the detailed response! I’ve taken some time to think through the transition.

I am excited to bring is-one-one into the Py-Contributors community. To ensure I can effectively manage the project's growth and governance as I head into my final year of B.Tech, I’d like to confirm two final points before we proceed:

• Sole Admin Role: That I will be assigned the 'Admin' role on this repository on a permanent basis and remain the only assigned Admin going forward (acknowledging that you both remain Org Owners for backup).

• Project Security & Ownership: As the creator, I want to ensure the project’s long-term safety. Could we agree that if the collaboration ever needs to end (for example, if the Org's priorities change or if I need to move the project back to my personal profile for my portfolio), I will have your full support to transfer the repository back?

This "safety net" ensures that regardless of what happens, the project I’ve built stays protected, giving me the confidence to fully commit it to the Org. Once you can confirm this setup, I will initiate the transfer request immediately.
