Refactor all NFW profiles to use subhalo challenge formalism

Some of the Elliptical NFW profiles currently use the Keeton 2001 formalism. However, the truncated NFW and Cored NFW profile (yet to be implemented) are only available in the subhalo challenge formalism.

For consistency, I should change all profiles to the subhalo challenge formalism.
