Summary

PyAutoPrompt (https://github.com/PyAutoLabs/PyAutoPrompt) is now the public workflow repo that hosts the PyAuto task registry (active.md, complete.md, issued/) and the prompt-coupled Claude Code skills (/start_dev, /start_library, /start_workspace, /ship_library, /ship_workspace, /handoff, /plan_branches, ...).

Adds a "Maintainer Workflow" section to CONTRIBUTING.md so readers can find the prompt → issue → PR pipeline, while making it clear that external contributors don't need PyAutoPrompt access — opening an issue here is still the right path for them.

Test plan

  • CONTRIBUTING.md renders correctly on GitHub.
  • Existing sections (## How It Works, ## Creating an Issue, ## Contributing Without AI) unchanged.

PyAutoPrompt (github.com/PyAutoLabs/PyAutoPrompt) is now the public
workflow repo that hosts the PyAuto task registry and prompt-coupled Claude
Code skills. Adds a "Maintainer Workflow" section to CONTRIBUTING.md
explaining the prompt → issue → PR pipeline, with a clear note that
external contributors can continue to file issues directly without needing
PyAutoPrompt access.
