Plot along-chain mean error of any spatially distributed calibration data

The scalar glacierwide mass balance is currently plotted along a given MCMC chain. It'd be useful to also plot a metric of the along-chain misfit of any other calibration data. One idea is to plot the mean absolute error, and similar to other MCMC parameters, show the accepted v. rejected steps.
