This PR changes the naming of
L01Ball/L01BallProjintoL10Ball/L10BallProjdue to a mistake in the initial definition; to avoid backward compatibility issues we also still keepL01Ball/L01BallProjby just subclassingL10Ball/L10BallProj) and add a deprecation warning.Moreover small changes are made to the tutorials to remove reliance on
scipy.miscwhich is deprecated in latest versions of Scipy.
