Tksheet can be used to select complex cells and interarct with these cells through the clipboard , which is similar to excel GUI.

The program used in the office needs to use a form similar to OFFICE EXCEL, and the reason why I use Python is because I can't stand VBA programming

There's no element like tksheet in PySimpleGUI.
No function to import new element into PySimpleGUI, so it seems that we cannot use tksheet directly.

It is possible to build new table from a layout with lot of sg.Text, sg.Button or else, but all by yourself.
Here's my example for your reference.

Thanks for posting your example, I only have been using pysimplegui for a few days and it is amazing what I have been able to put together in a short time. The one additional element I need is a table also like discussed above for viewing / editing tabular data. Thanks for posting your example, I will try to make use of it. I just tried to put a column element inside a tab to allow for scrolling with demo_table_simulation.py, but I kept getting errors that column element was not iterable, even though the iterations were being done inside the element only.

Also, how do you organize your gui windows? Is everything in 1 big file, or can you separate it out a bit? Seems like the even loop has to be in a single place, so that must all go into 1 file. for example some sort of organization like this?

Not sure what you mean for iteration error.

You'll be converting back and forth between the settings file contents and the values that come out of reading the settings GUI window. Notice how creation of the window is done is a separate function in this Recipe so that you get a "fresh" layout every time the window is created. It's critical that you do not try to re-use elements.

Of course, you can seperate your layout in different files, but remember not to re-use the layout. Maybe do them by function call, the same for event handler. For clearly, not put all code under event loop and it will look complex.

For example the way I do for lot of events,
