Alekiships && ArborFirmaCraft

Properly implements both Alekiships and ArborFirmaCraft into the modpack

General Changes:

• Fixed tooltips.js being inside "client_scripts 1" instead of "client_scripts", causing tooltips to not show at all

Gregtech Changes:

• Commented out more KJS related code that used the now deprecated Create compatability

FirmaCiv Changes:

• Removed recipes regarding Oarlocks, Cleats, Anchors, and Cannons
  • This has been transplanted into Alekiships, as the original FirmaCiv items where removed when FirmaCiv became dependant on Alekiships

Alekiships changes:

• Removed default recipes of Oarlock, Cleat, Anchor, Cannon and Cannonball
  • Added the FirmaCiv recipes instead

Treetap Changes:

• Removed all the recipes
  • Added recipe to transform Treetap's Tap into ArborFirmaCraft's TreeTap
  • Added a tooltip for the recipe inside the Tap's item tooltip
    • Basically ArborFirmaCraft completely deprecates the old "Treetap" mod

ArborFirmaCraft changes:

• Added all the same recipes that original TFC wood uses
  • Wood types properly split between the "Hardwood" and "Softwood" types (for usage in papermaking)
  • Changed Hevea tapping to produce 3mb instead of 2mb of latex
  • Added Kapok into the tapping system for latex, produces 1mb as long as the temperature is not freezing
• Treetap has been changed to require a single copper ingot, melts into 144mb
  • This has been done to mimick the original implementation of the now deprecated "treetap" mod
  • As a result, its been recolored into a copper color
• Improved it's Field Guide Category
  • Properly explain how to process latex into rubber using the modpack's mechanics
  • Added a Tapping index entry to find useful tapping data regarding tappable trees
