Adds Admin Section to Content Issues #94
Description
The original was to generate a script based on the issue content. That said want to continue this idea by adding a section to the topics that is an (ADMIN Only) section.
This would add the following sections to the template:
- Youtube Copy
- Youtube Links
- Youtube (the id for the finished YouTube video)
This would help with standardizing the copy for the video content.

We currently generate the newsletter and archive from the issues template.
I would like to add a shownotes template and script. for the brief. These don't necessarily need to be saved to a file. My suggestion is to print these or have them display in some way. This could be using something like textual to display the content and possible copy to clipboard.

Include:
summary of the show (Add manual addition to the publish show document)
list of links for the topics (Title - Link)
standardized text at the bottom
