Robot change is not reflected in list-devices

I had to send my S8 in for repairs and received a new one. Before sending the old one in, I did a factory rest, and it disappeared from my Roborock app. However it still shows in list-devices. After receiving the new S8, I can see it in my app, but it is not showing in "list-devices", only the old S8 is still there. The other robots still work as designed. I guess it may be a cache issue? But how would I delete a cache if one exists?

Edit: on a fresh install (on a different machine) the list is current and correct.

.roborock file in the home directory holds credentials and obviously also a listing of robots(??). After deleting the file re-login was possible (and necessary) and the list was correct again
