PyPI tarball is incomplete #59

@QuLogic

Description

@QuLogic

pasteurize.py is missing from the tarball on PyPI. This is not a huge problem in general, because futurize and pasteurize are generated by setup.py. However, one issue that comes up is that the tests cannot be run, because they attempt to use pasteurize.py.

Comparing the tarball here on GitHub with the one on PyPI shows some additional (test?) data missing, as well as the future/backports/xmlrpc/ directory.
