versions packages

I cannot run the code, I get this error when trying to install the requirements
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement abc (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for abc

I believe adding the required versions to the requirements.txt would improve the ease of use of the tool and the overall,
user experience.
