- Added SQLite configuration to .env.example and Docker setup
- Introduced db-backup, db-restore, db-reset, and db-shell commands in Makefile
- Enhanced healthcheck endpoint to include database connectivity status
- Created scripts for community management: create_community.py, add_community.py, and example_create_community.py
- Documented SQLite setup and community scripts in README and new sqlite-setup.md
